Mensa is a non-profit social club with exactly one eligibility criterion: You must have achieved a score in the top 2% on any of a number of standardized intelligence tests.

To identify and foster human intelligence for the benefit of humanity;

To encourage research in the nature, characteristics and uses of intelligence;

To provide opportunities for social contacts among its members.
